We provide online coaching programs and digital courses for educational and personal development purposes. These do not replace medical or psychological treatment.

All content (text, video, audio, worksheets) is owned by Ilaria Orlandi and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any content without explicit permission.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Ivorey and Stripe. Digital products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the product page.

5. Disclaimer

Results vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. All content is for informational purposes and not a substitute for professional advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, our liability for indirect or consequential damages (including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption) is excluded. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for damages caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of Switzerland. For EU users, the GDPR also applies. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these policies shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland, without prejudice to the right of consumers domiciled in an EU Member State to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of domicile.
