And real steadiness - the kind that is clear, boundaried, and alive - cannot emerge from survival mode.

That is what Becoming You is here for.
Becoming You is a deeply held 3-month online journey that works from the inside out, so that what shifts in you actually stays.
Over three months together, you will:
- come back to your body as a place of safety, not just sensation
- stop being afraid of your own emotions and start hearing what they're telling you
- trust yourself to know what you need without waiting for permission
- set boundaries without guilt, apology, or over-explanation
- make decisions from clarity, not from exhaustion or fear.
This work doesn't ask you to become someone new.
It brings you back to the woman you already are, beneath everything else.
Inside Becoming You, we cross three thresholds. Each one opens what the next requires — creating change that moves from the inside out and actually holds.
From living in your head → landing back in your body
When life becomes overwhelming, we disconnect. We move faster, think harder, manage more - and slowly lose the thread back to ourselves.
In this first threshold, you come back to your body - not as an idea, but as something you actually feel. You rebuild a sense of steadiness that doesn't depend on everything going right.
What becomes possible:
- being truly present, noticing the beauty in yourself and around you, not just what needs fixing
- catching yourself before you snap - and knowing exactly what to do in that moment
- reconnecting with your inner signals instead of overriding them
- staying with yourself under pressure, instead of abandoning yourself to keep the peace
This is where the journey begins. Everything that follows, grows from here.
From managing your emotions → being guided by them
Women who feel deeply were rarely taught how to be with what they feel. So they suppress, numb, or react. And then feel ashamed of all three.
In this threshold, something quietly extraordinary happens. Your emotions stop being the enemy and start becoming your most reliable guide.
What becomes possible:
- feeling sadness without spending three days recovering from it
- feeling anger and knowing exactly what it's asking of you
- knowing what you actually think, without polling everyone else first
- letting your boundaries arise from within, instead of forcing them from willpower
This is where you stop fighting yourself, and start listening.
From decisions made from fear → choices made from trust
Once your body feels like home and your emotions are no longer running the show - something shifts. The noise quiets. Clarity arrives. And you begin to hear yourself again.

I'm Ilaria - somatic and emotional coach, Mana Movement teacher, and the woman who has walked these three thresholds herself.
I know this path from the inside.
I have navigated grief, divorce, burnout, and the slow unravelling of a life that looked right from the outside but had stopped feeling true.
I spent years trying to think my way through, until I finally came back to my body. That was the moment everything became possible again.
For several years I worked as an HR Business Partner in international organisations. I understand what it means to be high-functioning and quietly falling apart at the same time.
Now I guide women through the same thresholds I have walked myself: with Mana Movement, somatic coaching, and a commitment to creating space where nothing needs to be performed or held back - where all of you is welcome.

The group is intentionally small - between 3 and 10 women. This is not a large programme where you disappear into the crowd. The intimacy of the group is part of what makes the work possible.
No. Many women who join have never done this kind of work before. All you need is a willingness to slow down and feel. Everything else unfolds from there.
Mana Movement is a feminine embodiment practice that uses breath, movement, and conscious awareness to help you reconnect with your body and process what lives there. It is gentle, accessible, and profoundly effective - even for women who don't consider themselves "movers."
Beyond our live sessions together, you'll need around 20 to 30 minutes a few times a week for your personal practice. This work integrates into your life - it doesn't ask you to add another overwhelming commitment to your schedule. But it does need you to show devotion to yourself and to a regular practice.
Alongside our live sessions, you'll have access to a dedicated community space where you can share reflections, ask questions, and connect with the other women on the journey. I'll be present there too, so the support doesn't begin and end with our sessions together.
This is a small, carefully held circle. The women who join are not strangers for long. The community often becomes one of the most unexpected gifts of the journey - being witnessed by other women who truly understand where you are.
Life happens. Sessions are recorded so you never miss the content. That said, the live experience - the group energy, the real-time support - is where much of the transformation happens. I encourage women to prioritise showing up live wherever possible.
